- Tettenhall Local Neighbourhood Partnership is currently involved in the Government's Neighbourhood Planning Project and is working with the City Council to develop a Local Neighbourhood Plan.
All in a change of a name
Introduction to the newly named
Tettenhall District Community Council
by the Chairperson - Cyril Randles
'I am proud to inform the readers of this web page that the Tettenhall Local Neighbourhood Partnership (LNP) will be in future called Tettenhall District Community Council (TDCC). The Tettenhall LNP board agreed this at their May meeting, for they thought that the people of the Tettenhall Regis and Wightwick Wards would relate with this new title better. It will still be a volunteer-led organisation made up of local people, who meet with service providers to respond to local needs and improving services to the area. It has now joined with the local area network Wren (Wightwick, Regis, Enterprise Network) to offer the local Voluntary Groups the opportunity of gaining grant funding to help deliver more services to the residents of Tettenhall & Wightwick Wards.'
All are welcome, if you want to find out any more information about the meetings of TDCC please do not hesitate to contact our community worker Steve Poole on (01902) 572470.
