Priorities

SWP produces a 3 year strategy, setting out its strategic aims and objectives, and undertakes an annual strategic assessment to review progress and identify potential risks. SWP Crime Reduction and Drugs Strategy can be viewed using the link below.

 

The 2009/10 strategic assessment identified the following priorities for SWP moving into 2010/11.

 

•       Reduction in Violent Crime

•       Reduction in Acquisitive Crime

•       Offender Management

•       Public Reassurance

•       Delivering Responsive Visible Justice
