Strategic Housing Partnership

Wolverhampton Strategic Housing Partnership (WSHP) is responsible for delivering aims of the Wolverhampton Housing Strategy and Action Plan. This strategy covers all housing in the city, across different types and tenures, aiming to meet housing needs and solve housing problems. It has been developed with Wolverhampton’s long term goals as a City in mind.

George StreetWSHP is made up of representatives from social housing providers, private housing developers, Wolverhampton Partnership, regeneration partners, including the Homes and Community Agency and council officers representing strategy, regeneration development and housing support.

The work of WSHP includes decision making, identifying strategic challenges and monitoring progress by relevant partners. Partners are able to bring different strengths and areas of expertise to the group and take responsibility for the delivery of different strategic areas.
