Community Engagement

Community Engagement
Since 2002, partner agencies in Wolverhampton have been working together to involve the public and communities in the services we deliver, the policies we develop and to support the growth of stronger communities.
Together we have developed a Community Engagement Strategy.

Our work supports the vision of ‘Prosperity for All’ outlined in the City Strategy, particularly the theme of Empowering People and Communities.

Annually Wolverhampton Partnership involves people in the ongoing monitoring of the City Strategy. We inform people about the progress we have made on delivering the priorities in the Strategy and we ask them how well they think we are doing. This informs the review of and influences delivery actions in the subsequent year.

We also have an Engagement Database where you can find out details of past, present or future engagement activities.

The Partnership also has a comprehensive  Community Engagement Learning Programme and a  resource pack to support staff delivering engagement activities.
