Welcome to Oxley & Bushbury North LNP

The Oxley and Bushbury North LNP covers the neighbourhoods of Oxley, Fordhouses, Pendeford and Bushbury North.

Message from the Chair

My name is Sylvia Simpson and I am Chair of the Oxley and Bushbury North Local Neighbourhood Partnership.  The LNP was formed in 2006 and there have been many improvements in the area over the past 5 years.  The hard work and dedication of local residents, community groups and service providers has meant that the Partnership has grown from strength to strength.  Over the past few months, we have agreed a set of local priorities to take us through the forthcoming year.  We have also noticed that more and more members of the Community attend our Public meetings as they feel they can express their views on local matters and take part in consultations which affect their lives.

Your LNP

The Oxley and Bushbury North LNP aims to improve the lives of local people by involving them in decisions about how services are delivered locally.
The Local Neighbourhood Partnership brings together local people (both individuals and those representing community and voluntary groups), businesses, service providers and elected ward Councillors to work in partnership to make lasting improvements to the neighbourhood.
The Local Neighbourhood Partnership meets regularly throughout the year to address the LNP priorities and the LNP Board is made up of a representative group of people from this wider Partnership. The Board works with LNP staff and service providers to co-ordinate , oversee and progress work of the LNP. More information on the LNP Governance Arrangements is available by clicking the highlighted text.
LNP members receive regular information and are invited to Partnership meetings, including Annual General Meetings
