Welcome to Heathfield Park LNP

The Heathfield Park LNP covers the neighbourhoods of Heath Town, Springfield, New Park Village and Heath Park.

Message from the Chair

I have recently been elected as Chair of Heathfield Park Local Neighbourhood Partnership and I am really looking forward to working with local residents and service providers in the neighbourhood. The LNP Board is made up of local people who live and work in the area and the LNP has a diverse representation of community and faith groups, elected members and local service providers. Heathfield Park LNP is at the forefront of a major new approach to neighbourhood planning which was introduced by Government in 2011. We will be coming out to talk to local residents and groups about the Neighbourhood Plan over the next few months, for further information visit our neighbourhood planning page.  Our neighbourhood priorities for Heathfield Park are listed below.

Your LNP

The Heathfield Park LNP aims to improve the lives of local people by involving them in decisions about how services are delivered locally.
The Local Neighbourhood Partnership brings together local people (both individuals and those representing community and voluntary groups), businesses, service providers and elected ward Councillors to work in partnership to make lasting improvements to the neighbourhood.
The Local Neighbourhood Partnership meets regularly throughout the year to address the LNP priorities and the LNP Board is made up of a representative group of people from this wider Partnership. The Board works with LNP staff and service providers to co-ordinate , oversee and progress work of the LNP. More information on the LNP Governance Arrangements is available by clicking the highlighted text.
LNP members receive regular information and are invited to Partnership meetings, including Annual General Meetings
